The retrieval of information on our website is possible

midpoints GmbH will neither sell, rent or leave your
personal data to third parties. The transmission to third parties is only made
at your express request.
midpoints mobile.profiler
midpoints mobile.profiler is used to manage, monitor and secure your mobile device. Therefore mobile.profiler will collect user data, devices information and device inventory data.
mobile.profiler uses also Apple Push Notifications, Google Cloud Messaging / Firebase Cloud Messaging Services or other remote communication technologies to send notifications to your mobile device.
The mobile.profiler administrator is able to activate locationservices to get the geographic location of a mobile device to locate a lost device.
To ensure device and data security it is possible to lock or wipe a mobile device that has been lost or stolen.
Android Device Management API Usage
The mobile.profiler app for Android uses the Android Device Administration API (android.permission.BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN).
By using the Android Device Administration API mobile.profiler is able to set policies that govern the use of the device.
These policies e.g.:
- password enforcement
- password quality
- disable camera
- device lock
- wipe device
Individual Considerations
Our Customer - wich ist typically the company you work for - defines the bandwith of monitoring and management functionality for your mobile device. Therefore it is needed to collect informations on a device. The following information may be included:

Depending on your company policy, you are always fully in control of the information that mobile.profiler maintain to manage the device. You can always request to remove your device and ask your administrator to delete the data.
